Frequently Asked Questions

  • At TBA Personal Care, we refer to our caregivers as "Angels" because they undergo a rigorous screening process that exceeds industry standards. Every team member must pass a comprehensive background check, professional reference verification, and a clinical skills competency evaluation. Additionally, they receive ongoing training in specialized care areas such as Dementia safety, fall prevention, and infection control to ensure your loved one is in the safest hands possible.

  • Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) provide compassionate, hands-on support to help your loved one feel safe, comfortable, and cared for at home. They assist with daily activities such as personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. If a client’s needs change or require skilled nursing care, we work closely with families to ensure appropriate next steps and continuity of care.

  • We understand that care needs can arise suddenly, especially during a hospital discharge. We can typically initiate our Clinical Assessment within 24 to 48 hours of your initial call. Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition, so we prioritize rapid response times to stabilize the home environment and provide immediate relief to the family.

  • Our coordination team manages scheduling during business hours to ensure reliable care coverage, with after-hours support available for urgent needs.

  • We care for the whole family—not just the patient. Our team believes that family involvement is essential to quality care, so we provide regular updates, clear communication, and helpful guidance to support loved ones every step of the way. Our goal is to create peace of mind while working together to ensure the best possible care experience.
